ZloxPay Terms
Material changes become effective 30 days after publication unless mandatory law requires earlier application.
Non-binding summary
ZloxPay lets merchants send payment requests to users. Users must confirm before payment. Zlox is not a bank; tokens are not money.
1. Scope
These terms apply to ZloxPay payment requests created by merchants and paid by app users through integrated payment methods.
2. Payment requests
Merchants may create requests specifying amount, description, and applicable tax/invoice details. Requests must be accurate and lawful.
3. User confirmation
Payments are processed only after the user explicitly confirms the request in the app. Zlox does not debit users without confirmation.
4. Merchant responsibility
Merchants are responsible for the goods/services sold, refund policy, invoice/VAT compliance, and dispute handling with customers.
5. Payment processor
Zlox may use third-party processors such as Mollie. Processor terms apply to payment execution. Zlox does not store full card numbers, CVC/CVV, or banking credentials.
6. Refunds and disputes
Refund rules are set by the merchant unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Chargebacks may result in suspension and recovery actions.
7. Receipts and invoices
Merchants must provide compliant receipts/invoices where required. Payment metadata may be stored for accounting, fraud prevention, and support.
8. Fraud and abuse
Abusive, duplicate, or deceptive payment requests are prohibited. Zlox may block requests, reverse access, or report fraud.
9. No banking / e-money statement
Zlox is not a bank. Platform tokens are not money, e-money, stored value, or legal tender unless explicitly stated in a separate regulated product.
10. Suspension and chargebacks
Zlox may suspend ZloxPay for risk, non-payment, policy breach, or excessive chargebacks.
11. Data and privacy
Payment metadata is processed per our Privacy Policy. Retention: 7 years or statutory accounting period.
