Prohibits impersonation, unlawful recording, deceptive AI, fake events, spam, fraud, and regulated offers without permits.

1. Scope

Applies to all users, merchants, ambassadors, employees, and API clients.

2. Prohibited conduct

Recording audio without required notice or consent
Uploading illegal, sensitive, abusive, infringing, or confidential content without rights or lawful basis
Generating deceptive AI content or impersonation
Using translation to hide illegal or misleading claims
Fake events, discounts, reviews, or merchant identities
Spam push notifications or abusive payment requests
Regulated goods/services without required permits
Alcohol, tobacco, gambling, drugs, weapons, adult services, medical claims, or financial claims unless allowed by law and approved by Zlox
Scraping, automation abuse, API abuse, QR fraud, loyalty fraud, payment fraud
Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, threats, or unsafe content
Impersonation, forged documents, account takeover, sanctions evasion

3. Enforcement

Zlox may remove content, limit visibility, suspend features, hold payouts, disable tokens, or terminate accounts. Evidence may be preserved and reported to authorities.

4. Reporting

Report abuse via info@zlox.nl or in-app tools.
