Event & Campaign Policy

Non-binding summary

Merchants are responsible for accurate, lawful events and campaigns. Zlox may moderate or remove misleading, unsafe, or non-compliant listings.

1. Scope

Applies to events, live translation sessions, loyalty campaigns, rewards, discounts, and promotional offers published through Zlox.

2. Merchant responsibility

You are solely responsible for content, pricing, availability, fulfilment, customer communications, and compliance with applicable law.

3. Event accuracy and availability

Event dates, locations, capacity, pricing, and descriptions must be accurate and kept up to date. Do not list events you cannot honour.

4. Cancellation and changes

Publish clear cancellation and change rules. Honour published terms unless you clearly reserve changes and comply with mandatory consumer law.

5. Rewards, discounts and promotions

Promotions must be genuine, clearly described, and available within stated limits. Fake discounts, bait-and-switch, or hidden conditions are prohibited.

6. Age-restricted or regulated events

Age limits, alcohol, tobacco, gambling, adult content, medical claims, and financial promotions require appropriate permits and disclosures. Zlox may require pre-approval.

7. Local permits and taxes

Merchants must obtain required permits, licences, and tax registrations for each jurisdiction where they operate or target users.

8. User reports and disputes

Users may report events or campaigns. Merchants must respond to legitimate disputes in good faith. Zlox may facilitate communication but is not the primary seller unless explicitly stated.

9. Zlox moderation rights

Zlox may remove, hide, or suspend events/campaigns that are misleading, illegal, unsafe, infringing, spammy, or high-risk without prior notice where urgent.
