1. Token Nature and Scope

Tokens are digital platform credits used for enabled features only. Tokens are not legal tender, not e-money, non-interest-bearing, and non-transferable unless expressly authorized by Zlox in writing.

2. Purchase Models

Zlox may offer token packs, recurring top-ups, bundled plan allocations, and enterprise invoicing. Pricing, quotas, and feature mapping are set in merchant plan documentation and may be updated on notice.

3. Expiry and Promotions

Purchased tokens expire after {{TOKEN_EXPIRY_MONTHS}} months by default (recommended default: 24) unless a shorter/longer validity is stated at purchase. Subscription-linked token allocations reset monthly and do not roll over unless expressly stated.

Bonus/promotional tokens may be revoked on fraud, chargeback, policy breach, or campaign terms breach.

4. Refunds, Cancellation, and Chargebacks

B2B default: token purchases and subscription fees are non-refundable, including unused balances, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Subscription cancellations stop future billing from the next billing cycle unless specified otherwise in plan terms.

If a consumer purchase occurs in a B2B flow, mandatory consumer withdrawal/cooling-off rights apply only to the extent required by law.

Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension, token reversal, collection actions, and risk controls.

5. Taxes, Invoices, Non-payment

Fees are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly shown otherwise. Merchant is responsible for tax compliance and accurate billing profile data. Zlox may suspend access for failed payments, overdue invoices, or repeated payment failures.
