1. Scope

This AUP applies to all users, merchants, ambassadors, and API clients using Zlox services.

2. Prohibited Conduct

• Impersonation, false ownership claims, forged documents, or account takeover attempts
• Spam, abusive push campaigns, deceptive outreach, or unlawful direct marketing
• Illegal, unsafe, deceptive, or regulated offers without legally required permits/disclosures
• Infringing content, counterfeit listings, trademark abuse, copyright violations
• Data scraping, credential stuffing, malware delivery, exploit attempts, API abuse
• Evasion of platform controls, sanctions screening, fraud checks, or payment controls

3. Enforcement

Zlox may remove content, limit visibility, suspend features, hold payouts, disable tokens, or terminate accounts based on risk level. Zlox may preserve evidence and cooperate with competent authorities where required.

4. Reporting and Cooperation

Users may report abuse via {{ABUSE_REPORT_EMAIL}} or in-app reporting tools. Reporters must provide good-faith details. False or abusive reporting may itself be sanctioned.

Implementation Notes (non-legal)

• Add "Report abuse" actions on listings, profiles, campaigns, and messages
• Implement automated throttling for push spam and suspicious API bursts
• Flag prohibited keywords and high-risk categories for moderation queue
• Store moderation decisions with actor, reason code, and timestamp
